RETURNS POLICY

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with the fit and quality of your Clobberz Menswear purchase so we have allowed returns on all full-price in-store items & online orders within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. Upon receiving and inspection of your return and it is determined the return is in compliance with our returns policy, we will action one of the following per your request:

  • Exchange the product for equal value.
  • Exchange the product returned for store credit voucher (less postage and handling fees).

The return of full price online and in-store sales are subject to the following conditions:

  • We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return’s timeframe, should they not fit. 
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
  • We do not accept return of in-store or online items due to simple change of mind.
  • All online items must be returned with a completed Returns Form (download here).

Please note:

  • Only items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for exchanges and refunds.
  • All footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. 
  • All packaging, tags and shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the packaging is in any way damaged.
  • Items purchased on SALE or as a promotion, are NOT eligible for returns, credit or exchange. PURCHASE IS FINAL.
  • Returns will only be approved if a reason is stated on the notes section of the Returns Form explaining why the item is being returned. 
  • All items sold online are subject to availability.
  • Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a credit note via email or product exchange for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost).
  • We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned.
  • Luna & Sage is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email once processed.
  • We do not accept returns for international purchases unless the customer agrees to cover all additional shipping expenses.
  • Australia based customers may return online orders via Australia Post or in store. If you are based outside of Australia, please consider return instructions here.
  • Please download the Returns Form here, and include in the returned parcel.
